Bob & Celeste

Just two weeks left. Bob was a first year resident when he met Celeste, a veteran nurse, at Riley Hospital for Children. They had something special from their very first date—a three hour dinner at Palomino. It soon became apparent that their relationship was meant to be. "We never hesitated, because there were too many signs leading to exactly this point – this moment," recalls Bob. Bob decided that he wanted a custom wedding band. An original piece that was as unique as his love for Celeste. When they sat with Tim Haggard, Custom Jewelry Designer at Hofmeister, it all came together. "Tim was unbelievable," Bob says of the whole experience. Not only was Tim able to capture exactly what Bob was looking for in his custom wedding band, but with just two weeks before their big day, the rest of the Hofmeister staff jumped in to help as well. "They did everything for us," said Celeste, "They even found the perfect matching diamond earrings for me, which was no easy task." What’s more, the staff at Hofmeister helped with the groomsman’s gifts. Bob’s buddies tend to appreciate finer spirits. So his gift would include a fine bottle of single malt scotch or cognac, and a set of snifter glasses. But with just two week left, he was running out of time. "I remember Rebecca mentioning that Hofmeister could etch their names and the date in the snifters, but I didn’t have time to go look for snifter glasses," recalls Bob. Not a problem, Rebecca found the perfect glassware, had them all etched and gift wrapped with time to spare. "At other places, we felt like the staff was there to sell. And here, it was about what they can do for you. At Hofmeister, they never pushed anything on us," said Celeste as she recalled her experience. "At other places, they were nice and cordial, but at Hofmeister they made it personal."
